RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

XKUBE offers a 30-day return and 30-day defective exchange on most products.

All returns are subject to  a final inspection; original packaging and all of its content including accessories, manuals, and gifts with purchase must be complete and included. Incomplete or physically damaged goods returned are not accepted, no exceptions.

Returns for refund will be processed back to original method of payment less cost of shipping and handling if applicable.  In some instances, there may be a small re-stocking fee.

FINAL SALE

For hygienical reasons, all opened headphones, headsets, earphones, earbuds, and microphones are considered FINAL SALE.

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted on unopened products within (30) days of original purchase date
• RMA is only valid on an defective item (Customer can RMA through XKUBE with standard turnaround time, or RMA directly with manufacturer)
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned products.
