Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase or order date and is only available for unopened products.

If your purchase has gone beyond 30 days since your date of purchase or order date, or if you have opened the product, we are unable to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Our Returns and RMA department will verify that the product has not been opened upon returning the product.  Should it be determined that the box has been opened, a fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee will be applied and charged.


You may return or exchange the product within thirty (30) days from the purchase date or order date if the product is unopened.  On a case-by-case basis, if you have received a defective product, you may return or exchange the product within the thirty (30) days from the purchase date or order date.  Should the product not be available for exchange, the default option would be a refund.

If your purchase has gone beyond thirty (30) days, unfortunately we cannot offer you any returns or exchanges.  You will need to contact the manufacturer directly for the manufacturer warranty.  All sales are FINAL for graphics cards that are used for cryptocurrency mining.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be determined as not opened or defective and must be in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging, undamaged, unmodified and complete with all of the original accessories.  Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on items that are missing packaging or accessories.  Returns or exchanges must not have been damaged, altered or modified in any way, shape or form.  We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges deemed to be an abuse of our return policy.  If the return is determined to be not defective and the product has been opened, a fifteen percent (15%) re-stocking fee will be applied and charged.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged.  Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned or exchanged.  We also do not accept returns or exchanges on products that are intimate or sanitary goods, headsets or earplugs, printer accessories and consumables including ink and toner cartridges, printer heads, imaging units, canned air, thermal paste, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

All bundled, gift with purchase or bonus items must accompany the return or exchange.  Computer or electronic components sold to and installed by the customer are done so at the customer’s own risk.  XKUBE is not liable for any damages to the product or the customer’s existing equipment caused by, but not limited to any defects or incompatibility issues with any components purchased from XKUBE.

Additional non-returnable or non-exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened retail software products
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your exchange (or possible return), we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned or exchanged more than thirty (30) days after delivery. (Written authorized exceptions are required)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders [at] xkube.ca.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the first thirty (30) days from the purchase date or order date. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders [at] xkube.ca and mail your item to:

If your item has passed thirty (30) days from the purchase date or order date, then you must initiate a warranty claim from the original manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
